Schools are under the state jurisdiction, so let Dan run his state the way he sees fit.
It is bad enough to treat teachers differently that schools are exempted from social distancing. This puts undue pressure and risk on the teachers.
The low number of children infection cases is likely to be proportional to the number of children being tested. What this simply means, the statistics all around the world about children being infected is very rubbery and the degree of tolerance is questionable.
