It really cheeses me off about the dumb Australian authorities allow people to refuse coronavirus test. Due to the top people keep criticising China for being autocratic and dictatorial, they basically forfeited their conscience to exercise the duty of care to enforce strict rules, including jail term.

Infected people go round and knowingly infect others should be charged with premeditated manslaughter, and the sufferers should sue the selfish twit.
